In celebration of the Ease of Doing Business Month 2025 with the theme, “Red Tape to Red Carpet: Better Business Movement in a Bagong Pilipinas”, the Provincial Government of Bataan (PGB) reaffirms its commitment to efficient and citizen-centric public service.

Anchored on Presidential Proclamation No. 818, s. 2025 and Republic Act No. 11032, or the EODB and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, said initiative is aimed at simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes on government agencies for efficient and easy delivery of service.

The Bataan Public-Private Partnership and Investment Center is at the forefront in assisting or supporting the proponents and partners with existing PGB PPP Projects under the implementation stage. Investors and other business locators were assisted on permits, feasibility studies, and other essential public services—creating common grounds for meaningful collaborations between the public and private sector.

With the growing number of investors and partnerships, it is clear that the PGB continues to strengthen the province’s business-friendly environment deeply rooted in good governance, transparency, and inclusive economic growth.
